Tell us what you paid, where, and when. That is the most useful message we get — the app is only as good as the prices in it, and they go out of date.

Chat messages are deleted automatically after 30 days. Want them gone sooner, write to post@flow-cart.com.

Check the connection first. The app keeps a copy of prices and places on the phone, so most of it works offline — but live bus times, flights, weather and the assistant all need a signal.

Both are at the top of the home screen. The app starts in your phone's language if it is one of the seven it speaks, and otherwise in English.
